Memorial Day weekend in Destin Florida is the official kick off to the summer season and what better way to celebrate than on the water. The SunVenture’s new home on the Destin Harbor put this water lovers boat in the heart of all the action, providing a number of different water ad’ventures’.
The only way to truly celebrate Memorial Day in Destin is a Crab Island, situated just a few minutes boat ride from the Destin Harbor. While not technically an island any longer, this underwater sandbar can range between 2 – 10 feet deep when the tide goes out. With crystal clear water, this is the ultimate spot to anchor the boat and have some summer fun in the waist-deep waters.
